We may collect personal information about you including your full name, cat name(s), email address, home address, phone number, required dates, vet details and any information related to your reservation, including health information about your cat(s).  We may also collect personal information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback or participate in competitions.

Information submitted via our Reservation or Enquiry forms

This information may be used to make contact with you to discuss your reservation or your request to visit our hotel.  All information collected is stored on a password protected site.

Collecting information about you

Squarespace Analytics is a reporting platform that gives us an insight into how our site is performing. With Analytics, we can get a clear picture through visual reports on statistics like pageviews, referrers and popular content.

Squarespace Analytics records your IP address at the time of visiting.

We use Squarespace Analytics to collect standard internet log information.  The information collected DOES NOT IDENTIFY ANYONE.  Customer traffic patterns and site usage information enables us to improve our service.

• correspond with you via email, landline/mobile phone, text messages regarding your reservation, cat needs or in an emergency situation

You have the right to access your information.  If you would like a copy of the information we keep about you and your cat(s), please send us an email and we will forward a copy to you in PDF format.
